Configuring Mail Clients

You mail client needs to be configured for many things. Port numbers, correct incoming server, correct outgoing server, SPA authentication and encryption. You mail client should have the following details.

Incoming Port: 995 for mail accounts configured on POP3, SSL as the encryption option. 993 for mail accounts configured on IMAP, SSL as the encryption option. Outgoing Port: 465, SSL/TLS as the encryption option. SPA Authentication: Required, and should be turned on where possible. Outgoing Server Requiring Authentication: Required, and should be turned on where possible.|}
