Configuring Mail Clients

You mail client needs to be configured for many things. Port numbers, correct incoming server, correct outgoing server, SPA authentication and encryption. You mail client should have the following details.

Mail Client Configuration
Incoming and outgoing server: mail.<yourdomainhere.com> for mail coming from a server hosted by us and not a proxy
Incoming Port: 995 for POP3, SSL as the encryption option. 993 for IMAP, SSL as the encryption option.
Outgoing Port: 465, SSL/TLS as the encryption option.
SPA Authentication: Required, and should be turned on where possible.
Outgoing Server Requiring Authentication: Required, and should be turned on where possible.
Username: A full email address.
Password: The email account's password. This can be reset by OzISP by calling us on (03) 88040804 or emailing support@ozisp.com.au
